Update 07/25/2021 The first unit I received was defective and the notes on this fan are saved below. The second has been working without problems for a few days. It's good to have a cordless fan that can move air and repel mosquitoes. It's also useful when going into the attic or garage for short-term work where you don't want to use a fan tied to an extension cord. Finally, a cordless portable fan is safe in some places because there is no tripping hazard or tangling in the cord. It remains to be seen how well this fan continues to perform. But I also want to commend the customer service and representative who was responsive and very helpful in sending a replacement and arranging the return of a defective fan. Products in real stores. Maybe it still is and the idea behind this wireless fan is good. And the fan looks cool, but the one I have now does absolutely nothing. So what's wrong: a bad motor, a problem with the switch, no power to the knives, no quality control in the production process? I have no idea but I have a fan that doesn't work. Yes, it is fully and properly charged and the green light indicating the GO 9 is ready to use is lit as it should be. I used it exactly once for about 30 minutes and it was quiet. He let the air circulate. And then I turned it off. These are all people. The blades don't spin, the fan doesn't turn on, it doesn't do anything at all, it just sits and looks cool. I've had several places where this fan would be a blessing if it actually worked. I wish you the best of luck if you try any of these. So far the manufacturer has responded and I will update this review.
