The best thing about this system was that it's very user friendly as well as easy to use! It also has many great features including auto responder which I love because of how quick they are at responding back when problems arise. There isn't much really bad things i can say other than maybe there could be more options available in terms of templates. But overall everything works perfectly fine! We're able to reach out quickly without having to spend time creating our own emails or writing them ourselves.
