Can't say I had bad expectations for this product but thought some of the good reviews might be fake. In that respect it was a really good buy! I bought it for my daughter who is in 7th grade. It came in an Amazon box (everything was in a different box), nothing was damaged. None of the bento/mug/spoon, fork/pouch boxes were broken. The bento box is not small, it fits a large amount of food, it closes very cleanly and without any problems. The cup isn't that small either (as mentioned in many comments), it fits a cup of soup without filling it to the top. It also came with a spoon in it! The bag was smaller than I thought it would be, but it fit the bento box and soup mug. Strangely they didn't provide space for it to fit perfectly, but I photographed 2 ways you can fit it. Just like the photos it has a zipper which is good. When it's all in it's not too big (fits in a backpack), they also put cupcake cups (used for fruit) and some animal decorations in there as well as a small cleaning brush! Overall I am very very happy with it! Buy 😊
