Big brand and high price raise some expectations. The resolution is excellent. The sound is a bit bright. But play a sound wave and it is NOT a clean speaker. Tons of valleys. The base went down from 500 Hz. So if you are not planning a subwoofer, this speaker is not for you! (and I'm not a basehead). Certainly not a standalone speaker.
