We bought this for our first two day road trip with our golden retriever. It fits perfectly behind the passenger seat of my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was strong enough to support Toby's 72 pounds even while standing on it. The zipped top opens to 6 roomy compartments that held the hotel's folded large bag, his individually wrapped dog food, toys, dog bowls, and he even had a space he could share with me for some books and supplies could store handicrafts. I'm so glad I didn't buy the first one I saw. Thanks to the Velcro on the internal parts, it is durable and can be disassembled and folded for storage. I just left it together as it doesn't take up that much space, ready for our two day trip south in January. It saved a life. Toby was able to stretch out and sleep more comfortably than just in the narrow back seat. Everyone knows that a calm, quiet dog is a bonus on a 1,200-mile journey.
