This doorbell was easy to set up. I was able to set a ringtone that was different from our front doorbell so it wouldn't confuse us and the dog. I was also able to change the volume easily. The maximum volume is quite loud. Our dog figured out how to activate it pretty quickly. I also installed a second doorbell and was able to easily make a different tone so we could easily tell if it was ringing to go outside or back inside. I did this to stop them from scratching the door and it definitely helped alleviate the situation. The main downside is that she likes getting in and out, so the doorbell keeps ringing. I ended up using rough side command strips for them. So if I don't want it to ring, I can just take it off and put it back on when needed.
