Pros: Cheap, easy to use and decent email customer service Cons: Big scam to me. Display a pattern of diagonal lines on a TV screen. It was very distracting and annoying. I contacted support regarding this and they responded the next day giving me troubleshooting information and I have tried all of these and not helped. I replied to it, then they apologized to me and sent another Wii to HDMI converter for free. I received it in a few days. I tested it on the Wii. Everything was going fine for about half an hour with no diagonal lines, then the diagonal boom lines start appearing and the progressive ones get worse. I've made the decision to stop using it because it's a clear flaw in the design of a cheap and poor quality Wii to HDMI converter. So I ordered a "Hyperkin Wii to HDMI Converter" for over $20, twice the price of this product, and it worked great and was worth every penny. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this cheap $10 Wii to HDMI converter to anyone.
