I wanted to get engraved gifts for my 3 kids this Christmas. I liked 2 out of 3 engraved gifts. The engraving on the wallet that I wanted to give my eldest son is almost indecipherable as it blends with the color of the wallet. The zipper is also broken and won't close. It also had a few scratches. So overall the quality of this wallet is poor. I'm not the type of person who likes to complain, but this article just totally let me down. Now I have to find another engraved gift and it won't be here until Christmas. I don't know how to do this, but I would like my money back. If I could, I wouldn't even rate this item.
