I really like the look of this product and it really makes a cold drink. Unfortunately I have to filter the coffee before I drink it. Which hurts a bit to be honest. I used pre-ground coffee but will try to grind it myself to prevent this as finer grounds can get through the filter. It was originally intended to be a quick, easy, and inexpensive alternative to the daily Starbucks trips, and I find that filtering a cold drink takes less time than standing in line at Starbucks.
