Review on MIFA A20 Bluetooth Speaker: Powerful 30W Sound, 24-Hour Playtime, Rich Bass, and TWS Stereo, Perfect for Home, Office, and Travel by Rafael Lewis

I asked a question about the MIFA A20 Portable True Wireless Stereo TWS Speaker Board on Revain, how to use the data transfer aspect described in the user manual. The answer I received was unsatisfactory as it had nothing to do with my question. I also emailed MiFa support with a simple question as to why I couldn't get the following instructions included in the user guide to work. I was told I would get a response within 48 hours, but several weeks passed with no response. Here are the instructions mentioned in the manual: Data Transfer: In the power off state, insert the micro SD card and connect it to the computer. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. Then you can manage the music files on the card on your computer. Following these instructions, I assumed I could view the music files on the micro SD card in the MiFa 20 while the MiFa 20 was connected to my computer via a yellow USB cable, but I was unable to do so. The instructions seem simple enough, but I've never been able to get them to work as expected.
