The best thing about blue cell is that they have very good customer service, I can always get my questions answered within minutes or hours if not sooner! They also do great work for their price range. Sometimes it takes them longer than expected to respond to emails but other times they reply super fast. There isn't anything bad at this point so far. If you need help creating a website from scratch then definitely go through blue cell. Their rates are fair and affordable as well. Also they offer free consultations which helps me decide what would be most suitable for my business.
