This smartwatch has everything I need. It's nice to have a time when I want to use my phone but still have my hands free. I like that the watch is always with me, unlike the phone. I can take calls and check messages from my social media accounts. I can read my e-mails and much more, I can add many different attachments. The adjustable strap ensures a secure fit. It's also waterproof and unlike my phone I don't have to worry about it getting wet. The watch connects easily to your phone, I connected mine to my Apple phone, but it can also connect to Android phones. There's so much you can do - check your sleep pattern, track your steps throughout the day, monitor your blood pressure, check your calorie burn and more. The watch will remind you when to drink water or when to get up after sitting for too long. It also alerts you when you have an abnormal temperature. This is a great watch for screening your health. The touch screen is large, clear and easy to use. Everything is accessible with a simple touch. This watch is very stylish and has 6 different dual face themes.
