My husband and I comment EVERY time we use one of these knives and how much we love them. . First of all, it's the sharpness. My husband collects knives, folders and even machetes. He says he thought he always sharpened his knives well, it took a while to get him perfect until we got this set of Silislick knives. These are the sharpest knives we've ever seen. We are very careful never to just put them in the sink or dryer. We wash them thoroughly by hand, dry them and put the protective cover back on (which is present on every knife) before putting it in the drawer. This is not a minus of the set, but even a plus. I never want to lose that advantage, it's amazingly easy to cut things as easily as these knives do. The reason we bought the second set? Because we really like them. If something happens to one of our first sets, we need help. It is so easy. I have to say it sounds very strange but it's true. I have never raved about a household product so much. But on the other hand, I've never had anything as simple as a set of kitchen knives that offers such a great experience as never before. every single blade. The knives are well balanced and easy to clean with hot water and some soap. Although the price has gone up a few bucks since we last bought the set a few years ago (give or take I haven't looked at the exact date). Knives of the same good quality that we have come to know and appreciate. The company is very good at letting you know when your item is dispatched and emailing you with contact information if you have any questions or concerns. I haven't had a chance to contact them but I'm willing to bet they are great. Your product speaks volumes.
