I give them 2.5 out of 5. No rounding to 3 stars. I ordered two sets of these. The lights are nice and bright and appear to be a good light. Each reel came with two connectors on each side of the strip. No adapters were supplied. Exposed pins on live wires present a safety hazard, even if the voltage is low, and make it difficult to connect the two sets together. Reading other reviews it seems like they just put whatever they want on it and leave it up to you to figure it out for yourself. If you look at the product listing image, you can see the male and female ends. I emailed the company about the problem and they replied that the product is correct and you can remove the pins. I can't remove them other than cutting them off as they suggest. Glue is another disadvantage. It says 3m but I'm not sure if it's the 3m company that made the glue. The back tape has an M. The adhesive is very poor and will stick to clean items for a few minutes and then peel off, so plan to use real 3m double sided tape or mechanical fasteners. They supply some clamps but they don't do 16 feet. When you turn on the light, the protective tape just falls off, indicating not the best quality. The remote control, power supply and control module work as expected. The price is good but be prepared for some issues.
