I bought this keyboard because I really liked my son's Surface keyboard but didn't want to pay like $100 for it. My needs were simple. Pros: - Bluetooth connectivity was excellent! I couldn't turn down a USB connection, so this was the #1 feature I was looking for - Comfortable with good key feedback - Light and compact (although I wouldn't call it a "travel" keyboard, could it accompany you easily Although the keyboard met all my needs, I didn't expect that some standard keys are missing and have an even greater impact on the way I work.To make matters worse, I felt that some/many of the keys were customizable so I figured I could change what I needed. More on that below. Cons: - NO PRINT SCREEN button! In my work I use applications like ScreenPresso and Greenshot. They both use the PrtScrn button. The lock button is awkwardly positioned just above the back button. It's too easy to accidentally press this button and lock your computer. A little annoying when you're flying and accidentally lock the computer n. - The ability to customize the buttons is a joke. After downloading and installing the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, I quickly found that only [Media], [Prev. Title], [Play/Pause] and [Next Song] can be customized! I don't count [CAPS LOCK] and [emoji] as "the customization of them is very limited and pretty stupid (IMHO). Can I set one of the above media keys as the print screen? Yes! However, this seems really stupid. Of course, that can speak for my obsessive-compulsive disorder. Can I recommend a keyboard? Yes, but I want to make sure the person is aware of the limitations above. .?!
