Review on Dapper Style with Dockers Sinclair Kiltie Loafer - Elegant Black by Darius Glatzel

I ordered 11W which arrived and they were a lot narrower and shorter than a few years ago when I bought the same shoes. I sent this pair back and ordered 11.5 watts. I was credited to my account via a Revain gift card, then my account was charged for a replacement pair using the gift card balance - very odd method, but I didn't participate in either the credit or chargeback. The spare pair was an 11.5 watt box with an 11 watt shoe. Didn't help so I returned it for a refund and looked elsewhere for the shoes. I received a notification that the refund was received and my AMEX card was credited with $1.51. My balance should be $64.19. I finally found the Contact Us field - it's there if you dig deep enough - and reported the issue. Just take a look. These are my favorite shoes, but either the shoes have changed or my foot is hopelessly deformed from what it was a few years ago.
