Customer Service at ELEFLY has let me down

As someone who has purchased tools and equipment from different online stores, I was excited to give ELEFLY a try. But I'm disappointed with their customer care because of my experience. Although the website is simple to use and the product selection is impressive, I attempted contacting their customer service team because I had a question about a particular item. Sadly, I never heard back from my queries. I tried to contact them again, but to no avail. This lack of reaction disappointed and frustrated me. Furthermore, I was dismayed to see that the products did not live up to my standards for quality when my order finally arrived. Although they may have been reasonably priced, I believe that the quality was subpar and I received what I paid for. Overall, ELEFLY is not something I can suggest based on my experience. The quality of their goods did not live up to my expectations, even though their website and product assortment may be impressive.
