I love these shoes. I'm really. They are really comfortable and fit well. I have to order a size or two bigger than almost every other shoe brand, but that doesn't bother me. What does is the material in the shoe. The heel area and Achilles tendon wear out very quickly compared to the rest of the shoe. I would easily replace the insert, but the other part is not replaceable. For me they last about 3-6 months depending on use. My job where they are worn the most is in an indoor library on a carpeted floor. I walk a lot and not sure what the average user is getting in terms of mileage. I work an average of 5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and am on my feet all day with minimal downtime.
