Firstly I see people asking how to convert standard kilograms to pounds. There are two ways to do this. The first and the simplest is that in the battery compartment there is a button for switching. It's the only button and there's no mention of it in the documentation, but I did that and it worked. The second is through the Fridays app: select Account, then Settings, then Switch Unit. As for the scale itself, I was surprised to see that it comes with a set of 4 AAA batteries, but they are junk carbon zinc and will die quickly. It is nice, as you can see in the first picture, that there is a QR code on the back. Watch faces above the battery compartment, which links directly to the app (for me, I had to go to the Apple App Store to download an app called Fitdays). The app was easy to install but didn't like that registration was required. It's asking for permission to share Apple's health data, so it's nice that the data is easy to see in Apple Health. The scale itself is accurate and fast. Knowing your body fat percentage may be unnecessary for some, but I find it helpful as I'm on my way to losing about 15 pounds. I'm impressed with the accurate heart rate readings; I used to use a smart scale but never a heart rate monitor, and when do I feel more relaxed than when I get out of the shower? Overall this is a very good and accurate scale - the weight and body fat readings are consistent with my wife's. smart scale (different bathrooms, or we would use the same one) and heart rate matches my apple watch.
