Review on 🌈 Optimized RGB Strip for PCs - Set of 3 Magnetic LED Light Strips for Computer Cases with 12v 4pin RGB Header, Compatible with Asus Aura, Asrock RGB Led, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light by Melissa Cervantes

Bought these lights before but in packs of 3+ strips. For the smaller ITX case it only took 2 this time and apparently that was a mistake. Overall lighting is good (although the glue isn't the best, as others have pointed out); good range of color combinations available, good brightness control etc. The biggest disappointment is that while they are clearly 4 pin/12 volt ARGB strips the connectors used on both of these packages are male and not interleaved ie they have contacts . sticking out, no holes to be filled with standard pins on motherboard RGB connector. I don't understand why they do things like this, but that's the problem: if you don't have a male-to-female adapter, they won't work with an RGB header, and you'll need a power supply and use a Molex remote (which is good works, FWIW). A very strange choice for this company, but here it is.
