I've owned it for over 2 months now and haven't had any issues with it. The screen resolution is excellent, switching is easy and hassle-free. Some units tend to get stuck between switching from 1 to 2. This one doesn't miss at all. If I need Computer 1, I'll get it. If I want a computer 2. I'll get it. QUICKLY! Will buy this KVM when my old devices move to my other machines. Update, I deducted a star due to an issue that started on the second computer. When both of my computers are on and I need to switch from one to the other, I keep getting the USB device not recognized error. After disconnecting the USB cable and then connecting it to the mobile phone charger for power, the error message disappeared. I think the problem here is the hub built into KVM. My controller works, but the error flag gets too high. The return window is closed, so I'm pretty good with that.
