First impression after unpacking: nice disc. Modern, stylish and compact. Seems to be quite well made. Put it in a nice plastic container to keep it safe. The instructions are pretty much useless. They have pictures on how to install it, but that's the easiest part. Most of it is in Chinese. No word on the drive configuration. The worst thing is that the text is so small. I wear near vision goggles but am not blind and had to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions. It makes no sense. Installed it in my small compact hobby computer and it fit perfectly. The drive fits in the space and the screw holes match. No screws are included, which is strange, so you have to use them yourself. I have a lot of hardware so it took me 4 screws to install it. Unfortunately I don't know the size of the screws. Unfortunately these are not plug and play devices on a Windows 10 PC but I wanted to create a storage pool and it showed up. Create a storage pool, a few settings and you're good to go. Not that bad. Even if it may confuse some. Of course it's a hard drive, so I don't think you can expect plug and play. About 250 MP3 files were ripped, just over 1 gigabyte, and the average is around 28-29 Mbit/s. Not as fast as my Samsung, but still respectable for me. I probably won't take much extra hard drive, it will come in handy. Generally a good drive, works as it should and is fast enough. The price seems a little high for the speed but about normal compared to what's out there. would recommend.
