I bought the bulk pack to have them ready for after my delivery. I'm so glad I did this! It was the most economical choice. I also froze one of the packs after filling each pad with a mixture of witch hazel/tea tree oil/lavender to use as "padsicles" for healing/stitch discomfort. They held enough liquid that even with the witch hazel, once they were on they didn't leak at all.
