Review on Immedion Cloud by Marc Stewart

I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support, and allows for multiple users to access at once. It also works well in conjunction with other software we are using such as Salesforce. The fact that you can't have more than one instance of the program open at a time if you want to work offline would be nice. We're solving our problems by being able to get more resources when they need them without having to wait for an IT department or expensive contractors. This makes us more efficient and productive which helps us run our business better!
