Medium Beauty and Personal Care

Summary: - I wouldn't call it moisturizing. It doesn't dry out the skin, but it doesn't moisturize it either. The more it penetrates the skin when applied, the stickier it becomes. It works great under my makeup. Ironically, maybe because of the stickiness, my foundation lasts longer and is less oily in the T-zone throughout the day. On the other hand, my foundation can stain if I'm not careful (but my foundation isn't the smoothest in terms of application, so maybe that's not a problem with a thicker foundation). Green doesn't do anything to eliminate redness, not what I thought; However, this changes the color of my base. However, I don't notice it on my face, more on how I put on my make-up. It gives my foundation a slight green tint. I combine it with my regular moisturizer to reduce the green effect and stickiness. So it works much better. I can't comment on how well it works as a sunscreen as I mostly work indoors and whenever I'm outside for a long period of time I use regular sunscreen. To be honest I hate the smell. Behind the cucumber hides another smell that I find very unpleasant. In general I like him. I don't think I'll buy the green one again. Maybe if they make white cream instead of green and purple. Edit: I've come to the conclusion that this isn't intended as a moisturizer, but rather as a natural sunscreen and primer. As long as I mix it with my night lotion, the negative properties I listed earlier are negated. It's a crappy lotion, but I like it as a foundation. But I still wish they would make a white version.
