These are great I use them for running and home workouts I wash them a week and I only have 2 pairs after use I hang them up and they don't dry out odor I bought both medium and large, they are both great. the middle one is a little tighter but if you wear it loose just a bodysuit and you raise your arms it starts to get big, I don't have that problem it's a little bigger but the long sleeves don't fit. I also feel like it helps my knees a bit, they usually hurt when running, but I'm more comfortable with it. Of course I'll buy another big one
