Disappointing touchscreen ruins smartwatch experience

Using this product our team found that the touchscreen response was unresponsive and frustrating to use. While the watch provided accurate fitness tracking and notifications, the electronics left much to be desired. The cheap build and poor touchscreen ruined the experience, making us regret our purchase..
