Great product for the price! My husband was pretty sure we were missing a part because following the instructions on the pictures you should have a part to push the balloon down and I eventually got the handle apart and even then I couldn't figure it out, so we just went the old way. way to school and filled it with a FIFO bottle and tied it in a knot. Father Dah's balloon battle was a great success.
