I tightened it as tight as I could but it still moves. A simple rubber pad under the clamping part prevents this lever from moving. The tilt function also slips again and does not hold the monitor securely. UPDATE (same day as the update above): I decided to remove the clip and put it back, only to find that the clip's insulation was so thin that the bottom aluminum clip could be exposed to scratch my new desk, while he was moving (see photo .image)! This is now ILLEGAL. Rating reduced by one star! It saddens me because this hand has so much potential to be really good. -- Fix the tilt clamp -- Place a thin rubber pad under the desk mount -- Too late for my desk! UPDATE 6/25/2021: I added a soft, flat piece of 1/16" rubber under the table mount and it completely stopped the sliding.-------------------- ---------- I removed the original review as the slide and tilt function is inadequate the padded slide table clamp renders the arm unusable and interfering with operation regardless of any positives.
