I bought my 2010 F-150 Platinum at a good price but the passenger side footpeg was frozen. I asked the dealer to fix it but they refused as "dealer repair" meant replacing all the footpegs for about $1600. The only problem (for me) was the motor. I had to remove the passenger side panel and the only tricky part was removing the old engine. The original motor shaft was steel, but the bushing turned out to be aluminum and it took a few hammer blows and some heat to remove the old one. Once I replaced the motor and lubricated the moving links of the board - now it works like new.
