I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.
Has pros: Pretty stable in a rut and when crossing it. Good kneading snow. Moderately tough. In my size, similar tires cost 50+, so for thirty it is quite good for itself. Its cons: At speed 80+ there is a rumble. A bit noisy, but if the car has good insulation, then this will not be a problem.
