I discovered this knife because it won a Red Dot Award for product design. And I love the shape too! This is a reliable knife for a beginner cook. This allows the use of a clamp handle. He has gained some weight and can confidently chop a pumpkin with nutmeg. steel mills; holds a sharp edge well. An excellent choice for its price range! .My only criticism is that the straight lines of the handle design (lack of contour) make it difficult to hold with a wet hand. I still enjoy using it, I just need to dry my hands a bit when using it.
