Very disappointed with this product. It is not contactless as stated on the packaging and in the product description. You have to put it on your forehead to read and it's still low. There are no instructions, the box just contains a small piece of paper in Chinese with a seal or something to indicate that I believe it has been tested. As a teacher, my pace needs to be recorded every morning before I go to school, as do my children. It was a waste of time because we used regular oral thermometers because it didn't work. The ear thermometers we used went off, then the temp guns went off in all our schools. All of them gave us accurate temperature readings. They were very different from this particular thermometer. Don't waste money. Spend a little more and get a better block. I tried returning it but it went through the return window. I had to return it the first week I didn't use it because it was rubbish. I am so disappointed I wasted money and the 2nd day I had it had to run to my local cv to buy a digital oral thermometer because we need to take temp daily but it works. This product is terrible. I would give zero stars but the minimum you can give is 1.
