THE PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED AND IT DOESN'T STAND FAHRENHEIT. READING THIS WITH NUMBERS I DON'T UNDERSTAND. FOR EXAMPLE, I TAKEN MY TEMPERATURE AND IT SHOWED 35.7; WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN. SO I WENT TO CHECK THE PACKAGING FOR A STATEMENT BUT IT WAS NOTHING.

I initially gave this product one star because it was too low. I had to go back and update my review. It has a default of "Surface". After reading other reviews, I discovered mine and changed it to the "Body" setting! Now it reads pretty accurately. It might have been better if the tiny instruction manual had been printed larger; too small to read

The instructions are poorly designed, it's not "plug and play", also there is no symbol on the batteries, so you have to turn several times several times They try to take the temperature every other time, which of course makes me doubt its accuracy. Example: I will measure the temperature and there will be a number. Next time it will keep beeping and the number will increase or fluctuate up and down!

later compared to undertongue thermometers and it's within a few tenths of a degree. Certainly accurate enough to tell if someone has a fever or not. I bought it to check my kids every morning before sending them to school. Until school got stupid and let all kids go virtual. I now work as a teacher without receiving a teacher's salary or benefits. And I still pay taxes to pay the teacher's salary because I didn't teach my kids. Seems fair, but at least I know if my kids have fevers or not.

Very disappointed with this product. It is not contactless as stated on the packaging and in the product description. You have to put it on your forehead to read and it's still low. There are no instructions, the box just contains a small piece of paper in Chinese with a seal or something to indicate that I believe it has been tested.
