Distance Traveled for Golf Course GPS Modules

This is my first golf watch. First, a very stylish, squarer watch. I'm glad I chose the G42. I love the feature that shows the distance of your throw (the top number in the picture), now I really know how far I can hit the ball. The front and back green distances helped me a lot with my golf game. I look at the distance to the front green and then decide how aggressive I should be. It's better to keep the ball under the hole than to fly over the green. Before starting the round, make sure you have allowed the watch to connect to satellites. I haven't tried features like pedometer or iPhone syncing for messages. Excellent investment!

Pros
  • AutoShot Round Analyzer automatically measures and records detected shot distances (prone and ball contact can affect shot tracking) and pairs with optional Approach CT10 club tracking sensors (sold separately) for additional automatic game tracking capabilities.
Cons
  • Out of fashion
