Review on 🍲 ZWILLING Fresh & Save Vacuum Sealer Starter Set: BPA-Free Glass 6-Piece - Perfect for Meal Prep & Sous Vide by Susan Stephens

This is my first product review in my life with such a detailed description. It only worked less than 50 times in 4 months. It is fully charged but the pump only turns on for 1 second. then it stops. After that, it won't turn on at all unless you insert and remove the charging dock. Then, of course, turn it on for 1 second. only. I called Gemini support for warranty assistance. I should send it back, they should have it in their hands for replacement shipping --- Yes, I understand, I'm not complaining. But it takes 6 or more weeks to replace. I decided to refuse the replacement and buy another brand for the following reasons. I bought this vacuum pump because its design is the best on the market. I also trust the ZWILLING brand. I was wondering what happened to the pump. I opened the pump to look inside. It seemed that the electronic board was out of order. There are green dots on C1, U2 and R6. - That's just my guess. To be honest I'm not sure what was wrong. Battery 4.17V. Electronics can fail, no big deal. But why are the components covered in stains and the R6's surface is peeling? However, the biggest problem for me is that the liquid gets sucked in and rots inside. Liquids from food are unavoidable. I think there are tons of germs on it. It cannot be cleaned. This is my personal opinion, but this is not good for working with food. I think it's better to have a removable/washable reservoir on the suction inlet. I would like ZWILLING to investigate this and improve the design. That's why I'm writing this review. Many Thanks.
