My Marsh wall oven fan motor has become noisy. Anti-vibration mounts are out of order. I tied them together with rope and it worked for a few more years. I then found them online and installed them (had to buy metric locknuts as they didn't come with them). Now the fan is a bit louder than with the string, but works as intended again.
