Bang for the dollar, wow!

Purchased as a replacement for a professional carving knife from MIA Henckels about two weeks ago. So far I absolutely love it. Great weight and balance, good size, good hand feel and very sharp right out of the box. The full shaft design is great, very smooth and well made. I have used a variety of knives both at home and professionally and this is an inexpensive and impressive knife that I would definitely recommend.

Pros
  • GRIND AND BREAK LIKE A PRO. Its razor-sharp blade ensures minimal hand movement and glides on like butter. It therefore delivers full performance when chopping and chopping ingredients such as onions, garlic, etc.
Cons
  • Problem
