Works great/fits perfectly and looks great too.
I am currently using this adapter on a 13" Mac Air (2020). Attached external hard drive, Logitech keyboard and mouse (via USB ports) and 18". -Monitor (via HDMI port) Only thing I've found is using an external HD with no power, charging your phone or anything other than a very low power device doesn't work unless you switch the HD off This has nothing to do with the dock itself as it works as advertised I just thought I'd add that.
