I love these nose rings. I'm not the type to change my nose ring or jewelry until I see something else I like. It seems to me that these two nosepieces were pierced for about two months and did not cause any bumps or tarnishing. Haven't tried the cleats so can't judge them. The thing is, you have to learn how to open them in an S shape. Once you get the hang of it, it won't be a big problem. You can't take these tires off and on every week.
