PT-65 P-Touch Home and Hobby Label Maker

This is a wonderful little machine that I have for sale. It's easy to use and the more I use it, the more indispensable I find it. Where I used to be able to scribble a title on a file folder, I now make a nice, neat, easy-to-read label that I can use to quickly identify my files. This is a great alternative to the Sharpie pen for marking family items. Little kids love having their names printed and placed on their jackets (or arms). PT-65 works on six! AA batteries but they last for years and the strap is quite long - 26 inches I think. The PT-65 can print upper and lower case letters in single and double line format. There are also many other symbols and numbers. You can buy other more expensive models but I think this model is better for the average user. I see how a fancy model with more colors and fonts would be more useful for business. My only complaint is that it's difficult to remove the backing from the tape (impossible for a child who doesn't have good fine motor skills), there is very little clean tape on either side of the print, and tape is relatively expensive. My label maker did not come with a manual, but it can be downloaded from the Brother P-touch website. I recommend the PT-65 as a handy little office tool that makes marking efficient and fun.
