My first burner cracked 1 time with the extension plate when driving through my companion Gemini, who was skilled in the art. Very disappointed. You really need to point out that this is really meant for Gemini Junior and get rid of the headache from the start. The company is sending me a new burner and expansion board. That was over 10 days ago. I got tired of waiting and bought a Gemini Junior and a new burner so I could do some crafting in the meantime and not break the record. I gave away a lot of money! Buyer beware. More is not always better. I'm so stupid! Well if the company could send me my unjustified stove I would be grateful. So I now have an extra one as that is cracked junk and ready to either be junk or have me send it to them with instructions pending but all they said was they would replace it. Oh, and "I had to hold on to two plates when they got in the car" as a swear word. My answer is "Yes, since the extension plate isn't attached, it just happens to be on top, when she got to the cube she jumped in the car, shoved the extension plate and the hot plate and came out, the other end snapped. I'm getting mine Don't get your hands in the car, how long do you want me to hold it!?" Didn't get an answer but I'm not an idiot, don't think it's an operator problem, that's a design flaw in my opinion.
