UPDATE, WITH CISTEEN MALL I WAS ABLE TO ORDER REPLACEMENT FILES, I liked the pencil, it's the 3rdone I've tried and best of all, long bat, precise accuracy, decent materials except the tips are very thin brittle plastic and the metal knot breaks very easily and with the 2 spare tips provided you are basically out of luck, there is a difference between the 2 types of tips - the ones available are threaded inside the junction, where, as in this case, they lie outside the connection point, I could not answer.
