I was excited to purchase this roller, when I received it I was disappointed with its unfinished quality, it literally tears on the outside edges, almost fearing it would rub against the pieces. In my dough I have to ask my husband to sand it smooth but for the price I would consider buying another although I have to say it's not the standard quality or craftsmanship that I know and trust. The wet roller will be a problem, so be diligent and wash it quickly and don't let it soak for a long time.
