So I live in a rented apartment and our cat has blister crystals and decides to urinate all over the house. Our bed, sofa, numerous stains on the carpet throughout the house. We lived with it for several months and tried different tactics to get rid of it. I've tried gallons of different types of Natural Wonder and used many different tactics from air drying to soaking and covering with a damp towel and basically it just smelled like mint and eucalyptus but did very little to really really get rid of him. cat urine. I spent $75 hiring a carpet cleaner and two days of carpet cleaning, which apparently removed more cat pee and made it worse. Pay for carpet removal or professional cleaning. I did extensive research and compared many products and found Anti-icky Poo to be our top pick. I bought pre-treatment and actual treatment together with carpet injectors (MUST). I tested the smaller stain by completely soaking the area and spraying the injectors under the carpet onto the wood floor until soaked. I let it dry for a few days and all that remained was a faint smell of cat pee. So I soaked it again and the smell was completely gone! So at this point I bought another gallon of stuff and decided to go ahead and saturate the rest of the carpet and couch. This product was an absolute miracle worker. No accidental whiff of cat pee or opening a door with an overpowering smell. You MUST completely saturate the area. I'm not saying it feels wet, rather soaked. Enzymes/bacteria have to penetrate all layers of the floor/carpet to really eat cat pee. It takes a few uses, but to be expected when handling cat urine. I am so impressed with this product and so happy with the results. Take it a step further and get yourself a pre-treatment and atomizers you won't regret.
