Review on πŸ”† LED Light Detector for Daylight Equivalency by Tory Richardson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

More sensitive than these IR lamps, but

Still a bit picky. Not always reliable at night but when it works the range is much longer than IR lamps. And what I love about the IR bulbs with the bulb at the bottom is that during the day when the room is partially lit I can touch the IR bulbs a little and turn them on. I had to completely cover one of these radar lights for it to turn on in a dimly lit room. Once lit it stayed on until I stopped moving which was fine. I look forward to the day they can program these bulbs to dim like they do with motion-sensing headlights. In my motion detection headlights, if you quickly flip the switch 2 or 3 times, the bulb will disable motion detection and just stay on until you reset it by turning the switch off for 10 seconds. It would be very convenient. Otherwise they work the same way, you just flip the switch and forget it.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No power
