Mounts claim to hold up to 100 pounds, generally not even 30 pounds. Dad installed the brackets per the instructions to secure our LG microwave, the next day it fell over due to the brakes breaking. A microwave fell on me, so I'm extremely dissatisfied, to say the least. I survived with bruises but avoided serious injury by jumping off the road. If a microwave were to fall on a child, I never imagined the horrific injuries it would cause. Of course, don't buy them, they're easy to install, but they're short-lived and won't get the job done. Whatever you install, unless it weighs 2 pounds or less, it's likely to give way and break or hurt someone. I'm trying to attach photos but my phone isn't responding, ugh. I will try again tomorrow.
