These are the best readers ever! I've sat on them dozens of times, a couple of times they got stuck in the mechanism of my chair, and when my daughter crushed them in the garage, the hands seemed to break off and the lens popped out. BUT they got back together right away --- no problem! No scratch! Like new! They're made of rubberized plastic - they bend but don't break, they're not flimsy, flimsy or rubbery. Heavy duty lens plus blue light blocker for computer use. If only they had a beacon or beeper so I don't lose them so often - lol. I have two pairs but sometimes that's not enough! Seriously, these are the REALLY best readers I've ever had.
