Works great with Bose headphones with a little adjustment.
I purchased a YCS Basics 3ft 2.5mm 4-wire 3.5mm male cable to replace the cable on my Bose headphones. Bose charged an outrageous price to replace them. This cable worked great. The only issue I had was that there was too much hard rubber on the 2.5mm end to fit the headphone jack, but a little trimming with an Exacto knife helped.
