I almost returned this tool because it was difficult to turn and clumsy. It turns out there is a ball that snaps every 1/8th of a turn. After trying to adjust the pressure on it, I just removed the ball, and now the tool spins freely and more accurately. Yes, it was right in the instructions, but who is stopping you from reading them? :)
